We love talking about mediation.   We believe in mediation.   We're passionate about mediation.   But, mediation is still essentially a voluntary process.  If your opponent has not agreed to mediate, there is generally nothing we can do.   Sorry.   It is true that, since a case called Churchill v Merthyr Tydfil CBC, it is established that the court does have power to order the parties to mediate, but unless the court has ordered mediation, and specifically named us as the mediators then, again, there's nothing we can do until your opponent agrees to our instruction.   Again, sorry.

And one more thing.   We're mediation1st, founded by Martin Plowman in 2003, based in East Anglia and London but operating nationally.   We do civil, commercial and workplace mediation, but not matrimonial mediation.  There is also a company called Mediation First (formerly South West Mediation), based in Exeter but again operating nationally, who do matrimonial mediation.   We're not the same company, despite the similar names, but they're our good friends, and if it's Mediation First you want, you can find them here.
